Convenient location near train station, spacious and clean room with a bathtub, friendly and accommodating staff. Great view from the window, well-equipped facilities. Fresh food at the restaurant, prompt service. Allowed early check-in, which was helpful for our planned brewery tour. a pleasant stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to the train station and within walking distance of the town center. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided was delicious and fresh. the hotel facilities were well-maintained and the Wi-Fi connection was excellent.
Can't fault anything about it.

We had such a fantastic experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the city center! The location couldn't have been better, with a subway station right next to this place, making it super convenient for us to explore the city and visit attractions like the famous Pilsner Urquell factory. The staff here was exceptional, especially Mr. Pavel who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Not only did he recommend an amazing restaurant for us to try, but he also personally took care of sending back a toy that we had accidentally left in our room. It was packed with utmost professionalism and arrived safely. We were truly impressed by his helpfulness and kindness.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is just across the main road from the famous brewery. it is very close to the railway station, which is perfect for travelers. The rooms are nicely designed and the staff is friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
One negative aspect to mention is that there is no parking available at the hotel, which can be quite inconvenient for guests who have their own vehicles.
